Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a bit dated, were quiet and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. However, the location near a nightclub affected the overall experience, and the dining options were not up to par.
Upon arrival, the room was not ready despite prior notice of my arrival time, resulting in an hour's wait. The room, located on the streetsides of the 2nd floor, was spacious but not anything exceptional. The service was a mix of unhelpful and contradicting information, yet some staff went above and beyond with special requests. The location, in a noisy marketplace area, had its drawbacks but offered exploration opportunities. The dining options were basic, with stale bread, and the facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant, but with some downsides. The rooms on the 1st floor were fine but a bit dated and quite dirty, while those on the 2nd floor were more satisfactory. The service, however, was not always helpful and there was some misinformation provided by staff due to the nearby nightclub. The location had its drawbacks, being noisy on the street and near a nightclub, but it was not far from the main road. The dining experience was below average, especially the breakfast. Despite these issues, the facilities were decent, offering basic amenities.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main road Hassan II boulevard, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms have a neutral color palette but unfortunately smell like cigarettes and urine. The service provided is friendly and helpful. The dining options are very basic with no fruit available. However, the facilities are decent and satisfactory.
The hotel had a tidy and nice room with a neutral color palette. Although my room was not ready despite informing them of my arrival time, after an hour of waiting, it was still not prepared. The service was inconsistent, but they did make a special breakfast order for us. The location was noisy, right outside a nightclub, and the breakfast was not impressive. The dining experience was quite basic, and the Wi-Fi had to be paid for separately.
